A standard electric kettle does one thing: bring water to a boil and switch off. This thermo electric kettle does three — and the difference is relevant to anyone sourcing for hospitality, premium kitchen retail, or specialty beverage markets.
Heat. The STRIX-controlled digital base monitors internal temperature in real time, bringing water to exactly the temperature you set — not just boiling point. Hold. Once the target temperature is reached, the double-wall 304 stainless steel vacuum body takes over.
