The 600ml–1800ml thermal bottle series was designed explicitly for this purpose. Six sizes on a shared body proportion — the same visual identity, the same lid compatibility, the same surface treatment options, the same quality spec. Source one size or all six. Apply your brand consistently across the range. The product architecture was built to make that possible without requiring separate tooling, separate suppliers, or separate quality processes for each SKU.
What You Can Customise
Everything that faces your customer is customisable:
Surface and colour — spray painting, powder coating, gradient, rubber coating, ceramic paint, and 30+ additional finish options are all available. Full surface treatment overview → Matched Pantone colour across all six sizes in a single production run.
Logo — laser engraving, silk screen printing, 3D digital printing, heat transfer, water transfer. Logo placement on body and lid.
Lid — Haers maintains a library of compatible lid designs. Custom lid options → If your brand requires a specific lid style not in the existing range, new tooling can be developed.

All six sizes share a consistent 12.2cm base width. Heights scale from 18.2cm (600ml) to 35.6cm (1800ml).
The ODM Process at Haers
For buyers new to private label manufacturing, the process works as follows. Models in this collection have already completed structural design, lab testing, and trial production as part of Haers’ standard ODM programme. This means you’re not starting from zero tooling — you’re selecting from a validated design and applying your brand to it, which significantly reduces both cost and lead time compared to fully custom development.
Step 1 — Pick a model. Select the size or sizes from this range that fit your product strategy.
Step 2 — Design and packaging. Finalise logo placement, colour, surface treatment, and packaging design with Haers’ in-house team.
Step 3 — Sampling. Samples are produced for your review and sign-off before full production begins.
Step 4 — Scale production. Manufacturing proceeds under Haers’ quality control processes across all your selected SKUs simultaneously.
