Haers Contributes to Winning the Battle of Epidemic Prevention and Control

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the epidemic has been affecting the hearts of people all over the country, especially the employees of Haers. The Zhejiang Wendo Charitable Foundation, which is a non-public fundraising foundation established by Haers with its own funds, In the name of Zhejiang Wendu Charitable Foundation, Haershas worked with China Population Welfare Foundation to donate 2000 sets of insulated bottles and kettles to Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. At the same time, Zhejiang Wendu Charitable Foundation also donated 200,000 yuan to China Population Welfare Foundation to support medical institutions in epidemic prevention and control measures against the outbreak of the COVID-19.

During the epidemic, each of the “heroes in harm’s way” worked on the front lines day and night without any hesitation, and they were overloaded with work in order to save a set of protective suits. Haers hoped that when they finished their work and took off their masks, they could drink some warm water and send our blessings to them through the warmth.

At the same time, as the first listed company out of Yongkang, in front of  the epidemic, Haers strictly guard the epidemic prevention and control management system, issued Yongkang base epidemic prevention and control management system, each department effectively do the epidemic propaganda, information transfer and data statistics. Every day, the security guard checks whether people wear masks, have health QR codes, travel codes, and nucleic acid test results. The environmental sanitation and disinfection control over the base’s dormitories, canteens, office areas, and production areas are strictly implemented. Express deliveries also need to be disinfected. Haers not only implemented epidemic prevention initiatives at the base, but also helped Yongkang epidemic prevention and control work with practical actions, organized some volunteer employees, participated in the Chamber of Commerce of the Development Zone volunteer services, and contributes to winning the epidemic prevention and control blocking battle.

On May 1, 2022, Haers responded actively to the development area’s call and formed a 10-person volunteer team led by Ouyang Bo, the representative of the Jinhua Municipal People’s Congress and the vice president of Haers. They rushed to the front line of the epidemic, participated in the epidemic prevention and control work in the Development Zone epidemic prevention and publicity, highway intersection card point assistance, large trucks epidemic prevention and control inspection, Jingdeng Village nucleic acid testing point services.
