In Europe, cups are usually measured in milliliters (ml), where 8 oz equals roughly 240 ml, and 16 oz equals about 470 ml.
In some Asian countries, the measurement may be referred to in cc (cubic centimeters), which is equivalent to ml.
If you need larger sizes like 20 oz or more, we also offer stianless steel tumblers, wholesale, stainless steel sports bottles, and large capacity water jugs up to one gallon. Custom sizing is also available for bulk orders.

Lead time varies based on order quantity and customization level. For wholesale orders with simply logo-printing requirement, the production lead time ranges from 3 to 7 days when we keep the cups in stock. Urgent timelines can be discussed, and we strive to deliver on time for every project.
Yes, in addition to our main manufacturing facilities in China, Haers also operates a factory in Thailand. In 2023, our second water bottle factory in Thailand was officially put into operation, further expanding our global production capacity. This overseas factory enables us to offer faster lead times, more flexible logistics options, and support for clients seeking non-China sourcing.
Some of our stainless steel bottles, tumblers, and beer growlers can now be produced in Thailand upon request.
