Haers Marks the 36th National Day for Helping Persons with Disabilities

In celebration of the 36th National Day for Helping Persons with Disabilities, Haers Group organized employee appreciation and support activities across its Yongkang, Hangzhou, Anhui, and Thailand facilities, reaffirming its commitment to workplace inclusion and equal opportunity. Approximately 60 employees with disabilities work across Haers’ production facilities, playing an essential role in their respective positions.

On May 13, representatives from Haers leadership met with employees with disabilities at the Yongkang manufacturing base, offering holiday greetings and special support allowances. The event featured several heartfelt moments as hearing-impaired employees expressed their appreciation through sign language and warm smiles.

Similar activities were held at the Anhui facility, where employees were encouraged to continue developing their skills and careers within the company.

The initiative continued on May 14 in Hangzhou and Thailand, extending Haers’ support and recognition to employees across its global operations.
