Why Narrow Mouth Matters for a Sports Water Flask
Most insulated bottles use a wide mouth because it’s convenient for filling and cleaning. This flask uses a narrow mouth deliberately — and the reason is thermal performance.
A smaller opening reduces the surface area where heat exchange occurs between the liquid and outside air. Every time the cap is off, the contents are exposed; a narrow mouth minimises that exposure and limits how much warm air enters on the way down. Combined with the double-wall vacuum body, the narrow-mouth screw cap makes this flask measurably better at holding temperature than a wide-mouth alternative of equivalent volume.
The BPA-free PP screw cap is fitted with secure rubber sealing rings that compress against the bottle neck when tightened — leak-proof even when horizontal in a jersey pocket, inverted in a running vest, or bounced around in a bike cage at speed.

The two sizes in this range aren’t interchangeable — they’re optimised for different activity profiles.
350ml is the pace-sport size. At just 0.22kg empty, it barely registers in a running vest, handlebar cage, or jersey back pocket. For road cycling, trail running, and shorter sessions where weight and aerodynamics matter, 350ml covers a 40–60 minute moderate output without the penalty of carrying excess volume.
500ml adds the capacity for longer efforts — a 90-minute training run, a mountain bike loop with no water stops, a full gym session. At 0.27kg it remains lighter than most comparable vacuum flasks in this category, and the same slim 6.5cm diameter fits every standard bottle cage and most car cup holders.
